Dominic K. Hawkins is an award-winning executive transformation strategist whose work focuses on helping organizations transform how leaders communicate, make decisions, build trust, and leverage artificial intelligence. With 15 years of experience spanning global companies, consulting, technology, media, advocacy, and mission-driven organizations, Dominic advises senior leaders navigating complex challenges at the intersection of strategy, communications, reputation, and organizational transformation. Known for translating complexity into clarity, he combines emotional intelligence with intellectual rigor to align stakeholders, strengthen leadership, and turn strategy into action.
Dominic currently serves as Vice President of Communications at the NAACP, where he advises senior leadership on enterprise narrative, reputation, crisis response, and high-stakes communications while leading a multidisciplinary team. In the role, he has also pioneered AI-driven transformation across communications operations, developing scalable systems designed to strengthen organizational performance and influence.
Previously, Dominic held roles at TIAA, Deloitte, CLYDE Group, SKDK, and Accenture. His mission-driven experience also includes work with the National Action Network, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, supporting efforts related to civil rights, voting rights, reproductive rights, racial equity, and economic justice.
A champion of human-centered transformation, Dominic believes technology can accelerate progress while people, trust, and purpose must remain at the center of meaningful change.
