Dominic K. Hawkins is an award-winning executive transformation strategist whose work focuses on helping organizations transform how leaders communicate, make decisions, build trust, and leverage artificial intelligence. With 15 years of experience spanning global companies, consulting, technology, media, advocacy, and mission-driven organizations, Dominic advises senior leaders navigating complex challenges at the intersection of strategy, communications, reputation, and organizational transformation. Dominic currently serves as Vice President of Communications at the NAACP, where he advises senior leadership on enterprise narrative, reputation, crisis response, and high-stakes communications while leading a multidisciplinary team. In the role, he has also pioneered AI-driven transformation across communications operations, developing scalable systems designed to strengthen organizational performance and influence.

Previously, Dominic held roles at TIAA, Deloitte, CLYDE Group, SKDK, and Accenture.
