Dr. Tiarra A. Taylor

Dr. Tiarra Taylor, known as “The Demolition Diva,” is an educator, entrepreneur, three-time author, real estate professional, and Joy Factor Strategist™ committed to rebuilding communities and mindsets.

A native Washingtonian and first-generation college graduate, Dr. Taylor brings more than 20 years of experience serving students, educators, and families across the East Coast, with extensive work in Title I school communities.

She is the founder of Elevate Impact Solutions and creator of Unleash Your Joy Factor™, an educator wellness and capacity-building framework focused on well-being, resilience, school culture, and sustainable performance. Through professional learning, coaching, and family engagement, she has impacted hundreds of educators across the region.

Her work extends into real estate as a licensed professional and investor in the DMV market, connecting property revitalization, homeownership, investment, and economic opportunity with stronger communities.

Dr. Taylor also serves as Education Committee Chair for the American Business Women’s Association’s Oxon Hill Charter Chapter.
