Christopher Guy

Christopher Guy is a second-generation Black attorney and member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. He has built his career across the courtroom and the boardroom.

A graduate of William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, he gained early experience at the Nevada District Court and the Nevada Supreme Court before establishing himself as a litigator in both criminal and civil practice.

He served as a civil litigator at the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, representing the State and its institutions, where he was named Rookie of the Year. He went on to private practice, representing elected officials and clients in civil and appellate matters.

Today he serves as Associate General Counsel at Boyd Gaming Corporation, a publicly traded gaming and hospitality company, advising on litigation, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance.

He is a member of the Las Vegas National Bar Association, an Advisory Board member of the Justice Michael L. Douglas Pre-Law Fellowship, and is currently pursuing his Executive MBA at UNLV.
