D’Mani Harrison-Porter

D’Mani Harrison-Porter is a Washington, DC based marketing, hospitality, and tourism leader whose career is centered on building strategic partnerships, strengthening brands, and connecting organizations with the communities they serve. He currently serves as Regional Director of Marketing – Mid-Atlantic for City Cruises, leading marketing, partnership development, community engagement, and business development across Washington, DC, Alexandria, Baltimore, Norfolk, and the Mid-Atlantic. His experience spans hospitality, tourism, experiential marketing, events, and destination development, with a strong record of cultivating relationships across corporate, nonprofit, government, sports, and tourism sectors.

D’Mani’s commitment to service extends beyond his professional career. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Williams-Franklin Foundation, supporting scholarships, mentorship, and resources for HBCU students, and on the Alumni Advisory Board of NEXTDC, helping create pathways for young people to explore hospitality and tourism careers. He is a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington’s Rising Leaders program, where he now serves as Steering Committee Co-Chair and Class Connector. His civic leadership also includes fundraising, mentorship, and leveraging his network to advance mission-driven organizations.

A proud Morehouse College graduate, D’Mani has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Black Marketers to Watch by the African American Marketing Association and as a Hospitality Hued Emerging Leader finalist. He brings expertise in strategic marketing, partnerships, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, communications, and event strategy to board service. He is passionate about advancing economic development, hospitality and tourism, education, workforce development, philanthropy, and equitable access to opportunity.
