Monique Boyce
Monique Boyce, Associate Corporate Counsel for Google, helps the company achieve business goals while minimizing risk. She manages global investigations, develops compliance programs, and provides legal product counseling advice on cutting edge technology, including artificial intelligence, software application stores, web and mobile browsers, cloud management, and digital advertising.
Prior to going in-house, she spent time in private practice focusing on internal and government anti-corruption and antitrust investigations, merger clearance matters, litigation, regulatory compliance, and counseling. She has represented individuals and corporations against regulatory agencies in the U.S., Europe, South Africa, and India.
She earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. In addition to her law degree, she has a background in public administration, with a focus on government and nonprofit management and policy analysis. Prior to attending law school, she was a management consultant to state and local government agencies, and she also ran an educational foundation. She has a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is in the process of obtaining her AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification.
In her spare time, Monique enjoys traveling, road cycling, skiing, camping, attending cultural events, and bringing others together.
