Prince Ene

Prince Ene is an intellectual property attorney at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP in Washington, D.C., where his practice spans patent litigation and prosecution across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and emerging technology sectors. His litigation practice includes matters before U.S. district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, with particular experience in Hatch-Waxman and ANDA litigation involving pharmaceutical products.

Prince also works on patent prosecution matters involving pharmaceutical compounds, financial technology, and artificial intelligence. His multidisciplinary scientific and legal training allows him to engage with complex technologies and the legal issues surrounding their protection and commercialization. Before joining Finnegan, he gained additional intellectual property experience at Eli Lilly and Company.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Prince is a former collegiate football player who earned his bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a focus in biochemistry from the University of Central Arkansas. He later earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Howard University College of Pharmacy and his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
