Mr. Waller is a graduate of Florida A & M University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He then attended North Carolina Central University and obtained his Master’s in Business Administration in conjunction with his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Waller is a member of the National Bar Association (NBA) and its affiliate, Washington Bar Association (WBA). He has served in multiple capacities including, Treasurer (NBAYLD & WBAYLD) and Chair for Networking & Social Engagement Committee (WBAYLD).

Mr. Waller has been recognized by the NBA as Top 40 Under 40 (2019) and the WBA as Young Lawyer of the Year (2018) and Ronald C. Jessamy Professionalism Award (2019). Mr. Waller is also an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and participates in numerous community service events.
