Courtney C. Laws, MBA is an operations executive, strategic advisor, and entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of operational excellence, cultural strategy, and organizational growth. With nearly two decades of leadership spanning global financial services, aviation, and growing enterprises, Laws serves as Chief of Staff at My Brnd Inc, a creative marketing and consulting firm which bridges systemic gaps in culturally relevant brand strategy for political candidates, businesses, non-profits, and entertainers. In her role, Laws translates executive vision into scalable business outcomes, directing daily enterprise operations, optimizing cross-functional team productivity, and stewarding high-impact initiatives across the civic and creative sectors.

Laws is also the founder of Wanderful L.A.W.S. Mobile Notary Services, a premier agency that has facilitated hundreds of high-value real estate closings and estate planning transactions. Prior to her current work, Laws spent nearly a decade at Citigroup directing global contact center operations across 43 countries, leading digital deflection programs, and overseeing client satisfaction and executive communications. She later brought her focus on operational rigor and customer advocacy to Delta Air Lines, where she served as a Service Excellence Coordinator and DEI Ambassador along with driving region-leading Net Promoter Scores and customer loyalty.

Laws graduated magna cum laude from the prestigious 5-Year Professional MBA Program at Florida A&M University’s School of Business & Industry.
