R. Nicole Sharp is an entrepreneur and civic leader dedicated to empowering Black women in business. As founder of R. Nicole Collection and Tashka, she transformed her creative passions into successful enterprises. Through her business consulting firm, she helps entrepreneurs secure government contracts, streamline processes, and adapt to digital operations.

An alumna of Founder Gym and a strategic partner in Pharrell Williams’ Black Ambition Incubator, R. Nicole champions access and equity in entrepreneurship. Co-founder of Political Pearls, she advances civic participation and leadership. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., NWBOC, and the Society Inc., she continues uplifting communities through advocacy, mentorship, and innovation.
