Johnathan Whidbee

Mr. Whidbee was born and raised in Elizabeth City, NC. He is a graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law (NCCU), where he studied business and tax law, earning a Taxation Certificate. Furthering his legal education, he attended Boston University School of Law and obtained an LL.M.(Master) in Tax Law.

Mr. Whidbee’s practice is focused on business formation, IRS tax disputes, and small business & tax litigation in Atlanta, Ga.
