Charles Moore

Charles C. Moore is counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of the global law firm White & Case LLP. His practice focuses on antitrust law, with significant experience in criminal antitrust investigations, antitrust litigation, pre-merger counseling and general antitrust counseling. Charles has been part of trial and appellate teams. He also is actively involved in White & Case’s pro bono efforts.

Prior to joining White & Case, Charles worked at a law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Charles represented clients in antitrust matters and in other commercial matters. He also has worked in the Washington, D.C. office of a major New York law firm, where he concentrated on antitrust, commercial litigation, and international trade and investment matters.

Charles has taught or co-taught law school classes on antitrust law at the Howard University School of Law and the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He also co-taught a law school class on electronic discovery at the Georgetown University Law Center. Charles has been invited to serve as a guest speaker at law school classes at Georgetown and American University Washington College of Law.

Charles is active in the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association, where he currently serves as Marketing Officer (2024-2026). He also is active in the National Bar Association, where he has worked to help establish an antitrust section. Charles also has written or contributed to articles and blogs on antitrust and litigation matters.

Charles also serves as the vice president of the Howard University School of Law International Alumni Association. He is a proud graduate of Howard University, having earned his undergraduate (Political Science) and law (JD) degrees from Howard.

Charles is a trustee at Kingdom Fellowship AME Church, and he has served on the boards of other churches and of non-profits over the years.
