Keniece Gray

Keniece Gray, Esq. is a champion for progress from Cleveland, Ohio, practicing law in Washington, D.C. She litigates various disputes, advises companies on a range of employment topics, and assists with the employment dimensions of corporate transactions. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Keniece earned the William J. Curtin Endowed Scholarship in Labor Relations, received a Dean’s Certificate, and became the first Black woman to graduate from Georgetown’s Business Law Scholar program.

Her approach to law and leadership is shaped not only by her education but also by her dual background in accounting and public administration, service on nonprofit boards, and professional experiences across the private and public sectors. During law school, Keniece gained hands-on experience through federal litigation, judicial externships, internships on Capitol Hill and with the Executive Office of the President, and civil rights work—experiences that continue to inform how she supports her peers and colleagues and advises her clients today.

Keniece is also a sought-after speaker, sharing insights on topics including professional development, leadership, and making informed career decisions. Committed to advancing clients, colleagues, and the legal profession, she helps early-career professionals identify opportunities, build skills, and navigate their careers with confidence. She is an award-winning graduate of the NBA Associate Academy of Excellence, the National Employment Law Council Academy, and the D.C. Bar’s John Payton Leadership Academy.
