Adebola Roluga

Adebola Roluga is a Senior Vice President in Teneo’s Strategy and Communications division, where she advises companies on investor relations, capital markets positioning, and strategic financial communications. She partners with senior management and investor relations teams to navigate ongoing investor engagement as well as complex, event-driven situations, bringing a rigorous financial and capital markets perspective to client engagements.

Adebola’s areas of expertise include shareholder analysis and targeting, special situations, shareholder activism defense, financial analysis and strategic communications. She helps clients develop a deeper understanding of their shareholder base and the broader investment landscape, assess investor perceptions, evaluate positioning relative to peers, and translate financial and strategic priorities into clear, differentiated communications for the investment community.

Prior to joining Teneo, Adebola spent more than five years in RBC Capital Markets’ Investment Banking division, where she advised clients across a broad range of M&A and financing transactions in the Media and Telecommunications sectors. Her investment banking experience spans financial analysis and valuation, transaction execution, capital raising, and the evaluation of strategic and capital allocation alternatives.

Adebola holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments from CUNY Baruch College.
