Amanda Bland

Amanda Bland is a dedicated Program Analyst with the Federal Judiciary, bringing over a decade of experience in public service. She began her career in 2012 as a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation intern, where she gained firsthand experience with the legislative process while supporting the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and members of Congress.
A proud graduate of Prairie View A&M University (B.A., 2012), she went on to earn her Master’s degree from The George Washington University in 2015, further solidifying her commitment to impactful, mission-driven work in the public sector.

In her current role, she works closely with federal courts across the country to ensure effective operational management through interagency agreements and adherence to judicial standards. Her work supports the Judiciary’s business functions and promotes efficiency, accountability, and excellence across the federal court system. Celebrating 10 years of federal service, she remains passionate about improving government performance and upholding the integrity of the judicial process.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband.
