Under her leadership, C-Suite Coach has trained tens of thousands of employees at Google, Sephora, Warner Music Group, and Major League Baseball. In one people-manager program the firm supports, roughly 40% of trained leaders were promoted within a year. As a Tier-1 supplier to Google and a vendor for Grow with Google, the firm has upskilled more than 357,000 small business owners in digital skills, including 30,000 trained in AI in 2025 alone, making it one of the largest AI-adoption efforts for entrepreneurs in the country.
Darrisaw built her early career in strategy and business development at Viacom and ESPN, where she saw firsthand that the leaders who rise are the ones who understand how the business works and can bring the right people along. That insight remains the foundation of everything C-Suite Coach values, making people better for work and work better for people.
A frequent CNBC contributor, Darrisaw has been featured in The New York Times, Fast Company, Forbes, and Black Enterprise, with more than 200 press mentions to date. She has been named to the Forbes Next 1000 and Black Enterprise’s 40 Under 40. She is the creator and host of Refashion Leadership, a podcast on how senior executives reinvent old frameworks of leading to better meet the moment today, launching this winter. She teaches and speaks widely on leadership and the future of work.
She serves on the Executive Committee of the MoMA Black Arts Council, co-chairs the Alvin Ailey Young Patrons steering committee, and sits on the Davidson College Alumni Board. A former adjunct professor at NYU, Darrisaw holds an MS from Wake Forest University and a BA from Davidson College.
