Armand Hodge is a seasoned Strategic Communications and Partner Engagement Specialist with more than a decade of experience leading communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships across government, defense, and the private sector. Passionate about innovation, he is currently focused on harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to modernize communications, strengthen outreach strategies, and optimize mission outcomes for diverse stakeholders. By integrating AI-driven solutions and data insights, Hodge is helping organizations streamline processes, improve engagement, and deliver innovative results.

Throughout his career, Hodge has supported high-profile outreach and communications initiatives for federal agencies, including the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD), the U.S. Attorneys Office (USAO), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In these roles, he developed internal and external communications strategies, stakeholder campaigns, and performance metrics designed to align missions with evolving technologies and defense priorities.

Hodge has also contributed his expertise to leading organizations such as Palo Alto Networks, The Boeing Company, Leidos, and SiriusXM, where he played key roles in enterprise-wide marketing, partnership development, and internal engagement across cross-functional teams. His unique ability to bridge technology, strategy, and communications has made him a trusted voice in both government and industry.

Academically, Hodge holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Maryland, University College, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Bowie State University.
