Armani Madison
Armani Madison is a fourth-year litigation associate at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 2021, where he served as Class Marshal and as Editor-in-Chief of the Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. At the firm, Armani handles regulatory matters, complex commercial disputes, environmental law, and products liability, while also maintaining a pro bono practice focused on immigration and criminal defense. He also recently completed a fellowship in the National Bar Association’s Associate Advancement Academy and was named a recipient of the organization’s 2025 40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates Award.
During law school, Armani clerked for U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse and interned with civil rights firms Loevy & Loevy and Sanford Heisler Sharp. After graduation, he clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio before joining Williams & Connolly.
Armani recently served as Director of the Maryland chapter of New Leaders Council and as Director of Membership & Reclamation for the Omicron Lambda Alpha chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He is currently a member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C., mentors through The Appellate Project, and convenes The Brotherhood, a dinner group for young Black male professionals in Washington.
He lives in Washington, D.C., with his fiancée, Jennifer, and remains dedicated to advancing equity, mentorship, and opportunity in the legal profession and beyond.
