Blake Harrison

Blake Harrison is a Healthcare Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global executive search firm, where he partners with integrated delivery networks, publicly listed companies, health plans, and schools of medicine to identify and place senior leaders. He takes a relationship-driven approach to his work, focused on understanding each client’s specific leadership needs and helping them make the right talent decisions.

Blake’s career began at Wake Forest Baptist Health (now Advocate Health), where he was selected as a Presidential Fellow in the Office of the CEO, reporting directly to the former Chief Executive Officer – Dr. John D. McConnell. He went on to serve as a Project Manager in the health system’s Enterprise Project Management Office, leading high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiatives before continuing his career in project and program management at The George Washington University.

Beyond his professional work, Blake is deeply committed to service. He serves as Chair of the Holiday Toy & Coat Drive for Anacostia AMP Outreach Empowerment Center, an initiative supporting approximately 200 families in Ward 8 each year, and as Co-Chair of the Volunteer Committee for Russell Reynolds’ DC Hub. He is also a co-owner of Elations Planning & Designs, an event planning company.

Blake is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science and Health Policy Administration.
