Caleb Green

Caleb Green is an accomplished intellectual property, business and technology attorney whose practice sits at the intersection of law, innovation and entrepreneurship. He currently serves as a Partner and Shareholder at Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC in Las Vegas, where he advises companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 organizations on intellectual property strategy, trademark portfolio management, business disputes, data privacy and emerging technologies. His technical background in computer science and information technology gives him a distinctive perspective when counseling clients on complex legal and technology matters.

Beyond private practice, Caleb is deeply engaged in Nevada’s legal and civic communities. He serves as an adjunct professor at the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, his alma mater, where he teaches intellectual property law and works with the school’s externship program. In 2025, he returned to Boyd Law as its commencement speaker. He has also served as president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association and in leadership with the National Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.

Caleb’s professional achievements include recognition by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America, Nevada Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, and the State Bar of Nevada as Young Lawyer of the Year. He earned his J.D. from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law in 2019 after completing his undergraduate studies at UNLV, where he studied computer science.
