Chandler Fullington

Chandler Fullington, PharmD serves as the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) and National Pharmaceutical Association (NPhA) Health Policy and Association Leadership Executive Fellow, where she advances federal and state health policy through government and regulatory affairs, strategic partnerships, and advocacy initiatives. She holds both a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina.

In her fellowship role, Dr. Fullington contributes to policy development, project management, stakeholder engagement, and professional development across both organizations. She helps lead initiatives such as the annual NPhA Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) reception, the pharmacists’ fly-in at the US Capitol, and national and regional convention planning.

Beyond her policy and advocacy work, Dr. Fullington serves as administrator of the Dr. Henry Lewis III Leadership Institute, where her leadership and service were recognized with the President’s Award for Service Excellence. She is committed to empowering pharmacists, shaping health policy, and building inclusive leadership pathways to strengthen the pharmacy profession and improve patient care.
