Diamond Donaldson

Dr. Diamond Donaldson is a distinguished clinical pharmacist and dedicated health equity advocate, currently serving at AndHealth in Columbus, Ohio. At AndHealth, she delivers direct, whole-person specialty autoimmune care, helping to transform access and outcomes for patients through the organization’s pioneering model for community-based specialty care.

Dr. Donaldson is passionately committed to advancing clinical pharmacy practice and addressing health disparities in underserved communities. With specialized experience in managing conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, HIV, Hepatitis, and autoimmune disorders, she has led efforts to improve medication access and promote patient-centered, equitable care.

She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2023, following her prerequisite education at Howard University. Dr. Donaldson completed post-graduate residency training at both The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, with a focus on ambulatory and outpatient care.

Beyond her clinical role, Dr. Donaldson is a respected leader, educator, and mentor. She has served as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor of Pharmacy Practice, precepted the next generation of pharmacists, conducted meaningful clinical research, and spearheaded initiatives to improve direct patient care. She also serves as Convention Co-Chair for the National Pharmaceutical Association (NPhA), an organization committed to representing minority pharmacists and promoting racial and health equity nationwide.

Dr. Donaldson’s work continues to inspire and empower, as she remains devoted to expanding access, uplifting communities, and transforming the landscape of pharmacy practice.
