Erin F. Darden

Erin F. Darden, Esq. is an associate attorney at Sidkoff, Pincus & Green, P.C. in Philadelphia, where she practices complex civil and business litigation. She brings nearly a decade of litigation experience in federal and state courts and began her legal career as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division.

In parallel with her legal practice, Erin is a certified emotional intelligence coach and the creator of EQ for Lawyers, a professional training designed to help attorneys strengthen self-awareness, communication, leadership, and conflict-management skills. Her work explores how emotional intelligence impacts attorney performance, workplace culture, burnout, and long-term career sustainability, emphasizing emotional intelligence as a critical component of effective advocacy, sound judgment, and professional leadership.

In 2026, Erin was named one of the National Bar Association’s Top 40 Under 40: Nation’s Best Advocates and received its Top 5 Award for Excellence in Innovation in recognition of her work advancing emotional intelligence in the legal profession.

Erin is also deeply committed to service within the legal community. She is a member of the Washington Bar Association, where she has held leadership positions and chaired committees, and currently serves on the boards of the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia and the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Bar Association and has served as Region XII Deputy Director.
