Harrison Beacher

Harrison Beacher, originally from Washington D.C., is a former Division I college football player and the Managing Partner at Coalition Properties Group, affiliated with Keller Williams Capital Properties in the DC metro area. Recognized for his achievements in real estate, Harrison was named one of Realtor® Magazine’s 30 under 30 in 2016 and currently presides as the 2022 president of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR). He also holds the position of at-large director for the DC Association of Realtors (DCAR) and is a 2022 Chair for the Broker Engagement Council, as well as a National NAR Director.

Residing in the Michigan Park neighborhood of Northeast DC, Harrison enjoys life with his wife, their newborn son HL, and two dogs. Once a DJ, he now channels his passion for music into crafting playlists for various events and has a penchant for sharing humorous memes and TikToks. A lover of travel, Harrison seeks out destinations offering rich culinary experiences, vibrant nightlife, historical and cultural richness, and favorable climates. He also speaks nationally on topics such as social media optimization, mindset, development for young professionals, wealth building, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In his leisure time, Harrison indulges in Star Trek and other dystopian sci-fi, along with trips to locales known for their delectable food, cool drinks, lively music, and warm ambiance.
