Jamie Hardy

Dr. Jamie Hardy is redefining corporate wellbeing—and who gets to lead it. As founder and CEO of Innovative Wellness LLC and nationally known as The Lifestyle Pharmacist®, she helps organizations address one of corporate America’s most costly blind spots: leadership depletion and its impact on retention, organizational stability, and the bottom line.

Grounded in her clinical training as a pharmacist, Hardy has delivered wellbeing and health education initiatives for organizations including GSK, CVS Health, Cigna, and Kroger. Today, she partners with CHROs, CPOs, and senior leadership teams to create cultures where leaders can sustain high performance rather than simply push through exhaustion. Under her leadership, Innovative Wellness LLC brings its proprietary frameworks and approaches to organizations across pharmaceutical, healthcare, legal services, government, and education sectors.

Hardy earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana and an MS in Institutional Pharmacy Leadership from the University of Florida, with additional training in nutrition and healthy living from Cornell University. Her honors include being named a 2025 Memphis Business Journal Women Who Lead honoree, a Xavier University Top Alumni Under 40 recipient, a 2024 Memphis Power 30 honoree, and the 2025 Champion of Sustainable Wellness by Speak Your Way to Cash. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Beyond the executive suite, Hardy enjoys Pilates, podcasting, traveling, and spending time with her family. Her work and life reflect a central belief: sustained success and a well-lived life are not competing ambitions, but part of the same pursuit.
