Jasmine Colquitt

Jasmine Colquitt is Corporate Counsel at Jack Henry & Associates, where she works on complex fintech transactions that support regional and community banks and credit unions as they innovate and serve their customers. Before joining Jack Henry, she worked at Deloitte in the Government and Public Services (GPS) Practice, most recently as a Lead Contracts Administrator.

A native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds both a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from North Carolina Central University.

Jasmine is deeply engaged in professional and civic leadership. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Bar Association as a Board Member-at-Large and previously served as Chair of the Washington Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Change Machine, a nonprofit organization advancing financial security for low-income communities through people-powered technology.

Jasmine also serves on the Advisory Board of the Greater Washington Urban League and is a member and past Parliamentarian of Thursday Network, its young professionals’ auxiliary, where she supports its mission of advancing community service, civic engagement, economic empowerment, and personal and professional development.

Outside of her professional work and community involvement, Jasmine enjoys running and exploring art museums.
