Jasmine Olivia Yates

Attorney Jasmine O. Yates, a distinguished legal professional is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and now resides in Houston, Texas. She is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University where she was elected and served as the 2012-2013 Miss Florida A&M University.

Continuing her journey with equal distinction at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Jasmine is double barred and licensed to practice in both Texas and Georgia. She has tried numerous cases to jury verdict as a former Prosecutor and Jasmine now thrives as a litigation attorney at one of the nation’s top law firms, practicing mass torts, labor and employment, and complex commercial litigation.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jasmine is a Director of the Houston Lawyers Association where she chairs the Judicial Oversight Committee, an avid golfer, fitness enthusiast, community activist, and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
