Joe Hill

Joe Hill is a managing director at Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies, advising corporations and nonprofits on advocacy and public affairs. He brings experience at every level of government, with senior roles with Governor Tom Wolf and former Senator Bob Casey, Jr., and service on the transition teams for Governor Josh Shapiro and Mayor Cherelle Parker.

Joe co-founded Black Leadership Pennsylvania, a statewide coalition building Black political power, and serves on the boards of the Pennsylvania Convention Center and the Citizen Media Group. A Georgetown graduate, he lives in Philadelphia, where he was born and raised.
