Kellye Beathea

Kellye E. Beathea, J.D. is a communications strategist, writer, and speaker with over a decade of experience shaping messages that move people and policy. She currently serves as Director of Communications for the City of District Heights, Maryland, where she leads city-wide rebranding, public engagement, and crisis response efforts.

A lawyer and proud HBCU graduate, Kellye has advised political campaigns, federal agencies, and nonprofit leaders nationwide.
