Ken Knight

Ken Knight is an attorney, entrepreneur, and sports executive working at the intersection of law, business, and athletics. He is the Founder and CEO of W3 Sports Group, an athlete representation and advisory firm focused on helping athletes protect their interests, build their brands, and create long-term opportunities beyond the game.

Ken’s work is informed by his experience as a former NCAA Division I athlete in the Big Ten. He brings an athlete-centered perspective to representing and advising athletes as they navigate NIL, recruiting, eligibility, business opportunities, and long-term career strategy.

Ken earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and subsequently served as a law clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He later practiced complex commercial litigation at DLA Piper and now maintains a sports-focused legal practice. Drawing on his experience as both an athlete and attorney, Ken advises athletes and other stakeholders on matters involving eligibility, NIL, contracts, media rights, governance, and athlete mobility.

Through W3 Sports Group, his legal practice, and his broader work in the sports industry, Ken is committed to expanding access, education, and economic opportunity for athletes and their families. He empowers the next generation to better understand their rights, maximize their opportunities, and build sustainable futures beyond competition.
