Kenneth Pratt

Kenneth D. Pratt is a seasoned attorney, lobbyist, and civic leader whose career spans law, government, and financial services advocacy. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs and Southeastern Region Lobbyist for Citibank, North America, where he leads the bank’s legislative and regulatory strategy across the region. In this role, Pratt works closely with policymakers, regulators, and community leaders to advance financial industry priorities while fostering inclusive economic growth.

Before joining Citibank, Pratt built a distinguished career in public affairs with the Florida Bankers Association, where he represented Florida’s banking industry before lawmakers in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C. He also previously served with the Florida League of Cities, advocating for local governments on issues of fiscal responsibility, infrastructure, and municipal autonomy.

Trained as a lawyer, Pratt has held diverse roles in the legal field, including state prosecutor, assistant attorney general, public defender, and private criminal defense attorney in Tallahassee and Orlando. His breadth of legal and policy experience has given him a unique perspective on the intersection of law, governance, and community needs. Beyond his professional endeavors, Pratt has contributed thought leadership through published works in professional journals and statewide newspapers, while also serving as a director for numerous civic and fraternal organizations at the local, state, and regional levels.

A proud alumnus of Morehouse College, Pratt earned his Bachelor’s degree before completing his Juris Doctorate at the Florida State University College of Law. He is widely respected for his advocacy, mentorship, and dedication to civic engagement.
