Kristian Dobard

Kristian is Of Counsel with Pusateri, Johnston, Guillot & Greenbaum located in New Orleans, Louisiana and practicing in the area of admiralty and maritime litigation. Kristian has experience with Jones Act defense, maintenance and cure issues, and Limitation of Liability. She has also successfully litigated a number of §1983 claims and has experience drafting vendor and talent agreements along with Certificates of Authenticity for clients in the art and entertainment industry.

Kristian is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
