Kristin Walker

Kristin Walker, PhD, is an organizational psychologist, organizational development leader, and educator whose career is grounded in a fundamental belief: organizations thrive when their people do. With more than 17 years of experience spanning organizational development, talent strategy, leadership development, culture, and workforce transformation, Dr. Walker has built her career helping organizations translate people strategy into meaningful business impact.

In her current leadership role, Dr. Walker leads enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives focused on strengthening leadership capability, expanding career mobility, building organizational resilience, and preparing employees for the future of work. Bringing together the science of human behavior and the realities of business, her experience encompasses strategic workforce planning, competency and career frameworks, change management, leadership development, and organizational culture. Her approach combines data, behavioral science, and a people-centered perspective to create environments where employees can grow, contribute, and thrive.

Her impact also extends to the classroom and community. As an adjunct professor of psychology, Dr. Walker teaches courses spanning psychology, human development, behavioral health, and personality, helping students connect psychological theory with the complexities of life, work, and community. She is also a CliftonStrengths Coach, is certified in Strategic Workforce Planning, and consults through Walker Coaching and Consulting.

Dr. Walker holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Across the boardroom, classroom, and community, her work reflects a consistent purpose: developing people, strengthening organizations, and creating opportunities for talent to become impact.
