Latevia Priddy is originally from Paducah, KY but her upbringing took her all across the state of Kentucky. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and later earned her Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
Launching her career in Kentucky, she founded her own law firm, Priddy & Associates, PSC. Subsequently she formed a partnered with Wimberly & Associates, PLLC where her practice continued to grow. As a versatile general practitioner, she handled a diverse range of cases.
In 2020, Ms. Priddy transitioned her practice into Georgia and has worked as a prosecutor with the Fulton County and DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office prior to shifting back to civil practice, where she handles a diverse range of civil cases to include insurance defense, trucking, wrongful death, and premises liability. She also serves as Judge, Pro Tem with the Fulton County Juvenile Court.
Ms. Priddy is licensed in all Superior and State courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, in all Circuit and District courts of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and the District of Columbia. She maintains active membership with the State Bar Association (Kentucky, Georgia, and District of Columbia), the Gate City Bar Association, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, the Lawyer’s Club, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Additionally, she serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Carver Bible College.
