Latisha O’Neal
Latisha O’Neal is a seasoned senior trial attorney for Allstate, where she represents and defends claims brought against Allstate‑insured individuals and entities. Her professional accomplishments are matched by a profound personal commitment to service: as a former foster youth, she has dedicated her time, voice, and legal skills to advocating for vulnerable populations, especially children navigating the foster care system.
As a CAP Attorney with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, Latisha provided pro bono, volunteer representation to foster children—offering the kind of advocacy she once needed herself. Her long-standing civic engagement includes three years as Secretary of the Las Vegas National Bar Association Foundation (LVNBA) (2021–2023) and two years as Corresponding Secretary on the executive board of the Las Vegas National Bar Association (2023–2025). In 2022, Latisha co‑chaired the LVNBA Gala Committee, leading the planning of the organization’s largest annual event, which awarded $40,000 in scholarships to law students.
In 2025, Latisha served as Community Service Chair for Allstate’s Las Vegas office, partnering with the Senior Law Program to assist seniors with durable healthcare directives and coordinating volunteer efforts with Three Square to support food‑insecure and unhoused residents across Southern Nevada.
Among more than 900 attorneys nationwide, Latisha was selected as a Pathfinder for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) in 2025—a prestigious nine‑month leadership development program recognizing emerging leaders in the legal profession.
