Lonye’s expertise was forged over a decade in the U.S. Air Force, where she built deep experience in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. She began as an IT Specialist at Aviano’s Network Control Center and, at just 21, was hand-selected to lead 24/7 helpdesk operations serving 7,000 customers.

She has shaped policy at the highest levels of government, including co-authoring the Air Force Fast Track process and streamlining the USDA’s Risk Management Framework. Her sharp problem-solving and business acumen have made her a sought-after tech executive and teaming partner.
A Hampton University graduate with an MBA from Strayer University and a CISSP certification, Lonye is known for her honesty and is well respected across the business community. She’s passionate about mentoring youth in underserved communities, partnering with UrbanPromise in Camden, NJ, and serving as a board member of the DC chapter of After-School All-Stars. She hopes to one day launch a legacy nonprofit of her own.
