Marshall Taggart is an analytical and transformative professional with over 30 years of experience in both corporate and educational domains. He has demonstrated and proven skills in being adaptable, emotionally intelligent, digitally fluent, and able to foster inclusive and collaborative environments. He is also proficient in change management, strategic communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Currently serving as Associate Vice President for Governmental Affairs & Community Relations at Clark Atlanta University, Taggart has also held positions of Executive Airport Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Montgomery, Alabama Regional Airport. In this position, he was responsible for managing all airport affairs and a multi-million-dollar budget. During his tenure, the airport received perfect scores in safety from the Federal Aviation Administration. Before serving in Alabama, he was the Deputy Airport Director for the Dekalb Peachtree Airport in Chamblee, Georgia. As the leader responsible for safe and efficient operations, security, facility maintenance, construction, the environment, and technology, Taggart was a high-profile leader in the community, where he oversaw the programs and services of the airport.
