Mikael LaRoche is a strategic communications and business development leader with a proven record of building brands, scaling organizations, and driving impact across the private and nonprofit sectors.

He currently serves as the president of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.,® Mu Lambda Chapter in Washington D.C., and is the Director of Communications for the Eastern Region of the Fraternity.

A proud Trinidadian and Howard University Alumnus, Mikael also serves on the boards of House of Ruth DC and the Mu Lambda Foundation, advancing missions that strengthen communities and expand opportunity. Known for blending systems thinking with compelling storytelling, he excels at creating strategies that increase visibility, foster trust, and deliver measurable results globally.
