Myles Baker

Myles currently serves as a Senior Attorney – Labor & Employment at DTE Energy, where he partner with business leaders and HR teams on labor strategy, employment compliance, internal investigations, and workforce risk management within a large, highly regulated utility environment. He enjoy working at the intersection of law and operations, helping leaders navigate complex issues with clarity and practical solutions.

Before moving in-house, he spent his career at Dickinson Wright, beginning as a summer associate and ultimately serving as a Partner. His background in commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and labor and employment law shapes the way he approaches problems: strategic, business minded, and focused on long term impact.
