Natalia Marte

Natalia Marte is an Associate at Phillips Lytle LLP who assists clients with a broad range of business litigation and labor and employment matters. From breach of contract and antitrust claims, to internal investigations and other labor and employment law matters, Natalia is committed to providing clients with the legal guidance and expertise necessary to obtain the best solution for the client. Additionally, Natalia focuses her probono practice on legal issues that directly impact Black communities, such as policing, voting and land rights.

Natalia obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law, Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Roger Williams University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University.

Aside from representing clients, Natalia dedicates her time to organizations that are near and dear to her heart and purpose. She is active in the local D.C. community through her connection and work with Harriet’s Wildest Dreams, FreeDC, the Washington Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division (WBA YLD), and the Hispanic Bar Association of DC (HBA-DC). More specifically, Natalia serves as the Secretary for the WBA YLD and the co-chair of the Legislative and Policy Committee for HBA-DC.

In her free time, Natalia enjoys cooking and hosting friends and family, reading historical and fiction books, collecting rare items, and gardening.
