Neema Muderhwa

Neema Muderhwa is an attorney whose work focuses on the intersection of law, technology and emerging innovation. She currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Quantum Computing Inc., where her legal practice places her within one of the rapidly developing areas of the technology sector. Based in Washington, D.C., Neema brings a legal perspective to the evolving business and regulatory issues surrounding advanced technologies.

Neema earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she received recognition for academic achievement. While in law school, she also participated in the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s 2023 Annual Meeting, reflecting an early professional interest in intellectual property and technology-related legal issues. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.

Prior to law school, Neema attended Middle Tennessee State University, where she was named to the Dean’s List and graduated in 2020. Originally from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Neema brings an international perspective to her professional career and is bilingual in English and French, with additional proficiency in Spanish, Swahili and Lingala.
