Nia Bluitt

Nia “Nini” Bluitt is a registered nurse, U.S. Air Force veteran, aviation professional, entrepreneur, mentor, and influential digital creator committed to expanding what is possible for the Black community and the next generation. Drawing from her experience in emergency nursing, military service, travel, and media, Nini uses her platform to educate, empower, and inspire others to advocate for their health, pursue bold career pivots, and create lives beyond traditional expectations. She is also developing The Black Trust Network, a platform scheduled to launch in November that aims to help address the Black maternal mortality crisis by connecting Black individuals and families with trusted healthcare providers and professionals across industries who prioritize their well-being and best interests. Through mentoring youth and supporting community-centered initiatives, including a dental clinic in Mexico that expanded to a second location and helped thousands of people access affordable care, she turns influence into meaningful impact. Her trusted storytelling has reached millions, driven measurable growth for businesses, and amplified the visibility of Black professionals across healthcare, aviation, beauty, and entrepreneurship. Through service, authenticity, and the courage to reinvent herself, Nini continues to transform personal experience into opportunities, access, and collective progress.
