Nicole Robinson
Nicole Robinson is an Associate at Covington & Burling LLP, where her practice spans political and election law, white collar defense, and complex litigation. She advises corporations, political organizations, and individuals on compliance with federal and state campaign finance, lobbying, and ethics rules, and represents clients in sensitive investigations and high-stakes disputes.
Nicole is actively involved in professional and civic organizations in Washington, DC. She serves as Chair-Elect of the Washington Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and as Treasurer of the DC Young Democrats, where she helps lead initiatives aimed at increasing youth political engagement. She also holds the title of Ms. Black National Mall DC, advancing her platform of promoting political participation among Black youth in Washington, DC.
Nicole earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Southern University, where she played NCAA Division I volleyball, and her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the American University Law Review. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Through her legal practice, bar association leadership, political engagement, and community service, Nicole is committed to advancing equity, strengthening democratic participation, and preparing the next generation of leaders.
