Preston Williams

Preston Williams is an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and a 2022 graduate of Washington University School of Law. His practice spans capital markets, corporate governance, and securities law, where he advises publicly traded companies primarily in the energy, financial services, manufacturing, and technology sectors, as well as on sports transactions involving strategic acquisitions and investments for professional sports teams, leagues, and collegiate conferences. Preston is an LCLD Scholar Alum and an affiliate of the Charting Your Own Course Stakeholders Organization (CYOC).
