Ronald Falls

Ronald is an accomplished executive with over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. His career began as an analyst at Goldman Sachs, eventually propelling him to become an international executive. His academic background includes dual majors in Applied Physics and Mathematics at Morehouse College, where he served as Vice President of the Student Government under the Chris Jones Administration and was an editor for the Maroon Tiger Student Newspaper. After completing his analyst tenure at Goldman Sachs, Ronald pursued legal studies at Michigan Law School, where he was recognized as an Alden J. “Butch” Carpenter Scholar and became a leader in the Black Law Students Association (BLSA).

Ronald’s legal career commenced at Skadden, Arps before he relocated to Singapore to join the Latham & Watkins India Capital Markets team. There, he specialized in capital markets transactions across India, contributing to deals that earned the Asia Deal of the Year award. Subsequently, Ronald served as the General Counsel for 3 Degrees Asset Management, where he successfully monetized over $300 million in legacy assets and provided comprehensive legal and operational support for the firm’s portfolio assets and control positions. During his tenure, his team notably acquired a ferry in Europe, which was then shipped and reflagged in Singapore to service the Bin Tan Lagoon resort.

Returning from Singapore in 2013, Ronald joined Post Advisory Group as General Counsel and was later promoted to COO. In this role, he expanded the firm’s product offerings, upgraded its technological infrastructure to cloud solutions using AWS and Azure, and significantly increased the firm’s assets under management. In 2021, he founded the LA Executive 9 Group and took on roles such as senior strategy advisor and fundraiser for Christopher Jones’ gubernatorial campaign in Arkansas. Ronald also established an angel investor portfolio with over 25 investments and launched the Rocana Ventures RVP III Fund. In May 2022, he accepted the position of General Counsel at Fireblocks Inc., focusing on M&A, investments, and regulatory matters. Additionally, Ronald serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee at Stillman College.
