Seth Brown, Esq. is an accomplished attorney and trial advocate who practices business litigation with Poole Huffman, LLC in the metro-Atlanta area. His career is rooted in public service, courtroom advocacy, and a commitment to excellence.
Before entering private practice, Seth served as a prosecutor in Fulton County, Georgia, beginning with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and later joining the Fulton County Solicitor-General’s Office. During his tenure, he handled complex and high-profile matters and gained extensive trial experience. Among the notable cases he prosecuted was the widely publicized YSL RICO trial.
Seth’s commitment to public service has earned him numerous honors, including the National Bar Association’s Nation’s Top Advocate and Top 40 Under 40 recognitions. He has also received several awards from the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, including the Pursuit of Justice Award, Special Victim’s Super Star Award, and Trial Division Rising Star Award.
Seth earned his B.A. in Political Science from Morehouse College and his J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Emory University’s Candler School of Theology, further reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and service.
Beyond his legal practice, Seth is a member of the Gate City Bar Association and Lead Atlanta, and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys international travel, basketball, and spending time with family.
Seth is guided by the mantra: “If what you did yesterday still seems big to you, then that means you haven’t done anything today.”
