Sherrell Smith

Raised in the county of Rome, GA Smith comes from a family who were one of the first African Americans in Floyd county to own their land and build their family compound in the early 1950s. At an early age she was very proud of that legacy and was taught the value of owning your own property. With the intention of working part time in real estate investments, it was obvious she should seek to get her licences. She took the exam in September 2018 and the rest was history. She was welcomed to Keller Williams Realty as a Sales Agent; she was recruited to the Boutique Brokerage Hardy Realty as their first African American Realtor. After 2 years Sherrell realized with her Marketing background & Entrepreneurial spirit she should step out on faith and brand herself as an Independent Agent with EXP REALTY LLC. Selling an average of 30 homes/year to families. She is also a Project Manager/Developer & recently started her first development in Kingston, GA ensuring all parties involved are minorities. She currently has a team of 5 outstanding agents, the NWGA Realty Co. team, brokered by EXP Realty LLC. Specializing in Land, Residential, Commercial, Development & Investments. They are licenced in GA, AL & soon to be TN & FL, their company affiliations are in all 50 states & 16 different countries.

Smith is a firm believer in giving back, volunteering with several non-profits; aligning everything she does with her spiritual affirmations. She is a member of Kingdom church, Intl in Rome, GA. A member of Northwest Metro Realtors Association, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce & Cartersville Bartow Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Rome.
Most of all, she is a dedicated mother of three children: Darius, Timothy III, and Timara Smith who attend Morehouse College, University of Kentucky and St. Mary’s Catholic School. They are very much a sports family involved in football, baseball & volleyball.
