Stephon J. Bradberry
Stephon J. Bradberry, M.A. is a visionary strategic leader transforming the way we build community, fortify individuals, and tend to the soul.
Across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Stephon brings a clarity of conviction and deep integrity rooted in a lifelong commitment to justice. His work spans community engagement, government communications, wellness education, and systems change—united through a singular vision: a world where all people, in all places, are free, healed, and whole.
As a communications expert and small-business owner, Stephon infuses every campaign, convening, and initiative with story, spirit, and strategy. He currently serves in Washington, D.C.’s Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (ONSE), where he leads narrative and partnership efforts in support of violence intervention and community healing.
Stephon is also the founder of FlowWell Yoga + Wellness, a platform rooted in the belief that movement is medicine and presence is power. FlowWell brings yoga beyond traditional spaces—into community centers, reentry programs, public parks, and healing circles—using embodiment as a tool for justice and community as a balm for the soul. His original curriculum, Yoga for Justice, explores how yoga philosophy and practice can transform how we care for ourselves, one another, and the world.
Born in Niagara Falls, New York, and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Stephon now lives in Washington, D.C. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts from American University. A writer, teacher, and forever a student, Stephon believes we cannot be free without each other, disembodied, or without justice.
